What's included in a full detail?
The full interior (carpets and upholstery vacuumed and shampooed, vinyl and leather cleaned, cargo area and door jambs cleaned, windows inside and out, headliner spot clean) plus the exterior, finished with your choice of carnauba wax, paint sealant or ceramic coat. Can I get just the inside or just the outside done?
Yes. We offer an Interior Only package and Exterior Only packages, plus extras like engine cleaning, headlight restoration and ozone odor removal.

What's the difference between wax, paint sealant and ceramic coat?
Carnauba wax lasts 3 to 6 months. Paint sealant includes polish and a polymer sealant and lasts up to 1 year. Ceramic coat includes polish with 1 layer of ceramic and lasts up to 2 years.

Do larger vehicles cost more?
Yes. There's an up-charge for SUVs, pickups, minivans and larger vehicles, and vans are priced by estimate. Pet hair and excessive dirt are extra. Call for an exact quote on your vehicle.

Do you work on business fleets and dealer vehicles?
Yes. We build a service and pricing plan around your vehicles, including regular maintenance cleanings. Give us a call.
Ceramic Coating
What is ceramic coating?
A clear, liquid nano-ceramic formula that bonds to your vehicle's surfaces and hardens into a glass-like protective layer. It adds deep gloss, and water, dirt and grime rinse off much more easily.

Does ceramic coating make my car scratch-proof?
No. It adds a hard protective layer and helps resist light marring, but no coating makes paint scratch-proof or chip-proof.

Do you do paint correction before coating?
We can. Compounding, polishing and wet sanding remove swirl marks, light scratches and oxidation so the coating locks in a cleaner finish. Call and we'll take a look at your paint.
Stripes, Graphics & Wraps
9. Do you wrap cars?
We do partial wraps, like a full hood or full roof, plus racing stripes and custom graphics. We don't do full-vehicle wraps.

10. Can you put my business name on my truck or van?
Yes. We do lettering, logos and graphics for company vehicles. Call for a quote.
Window Tint
Do you do window tint?

What's the difference between standard, carbon and ceramic film?
Standard film adds shade and privacy at the lowest price. Carbon film is non-reflective and color-stable, with better heat and glare rejection. Ceramic film gives the best clarity and the most heat and infrared rejection. Carbon and ceramic both carry a limited lifetime warranty.

How do you cut the film?
Our automotive film is computer-cut for a precise, perfect fit every time, so no knife ever touches your car.

What tint is legal in Maryland?
Tint laws vary by state and by window. See the Maryland tint laws page at 410tintpro.com/tint-laws for the limits, or ask us when you call.

Can you remove old tint?
Yes. We remove old, faded or bubbling tint and can install new film if you want it. Moving to Maryland? Tint that was fine in another state may need to come off before your car can pass Maryland state inspection and be registered here. We help military families and new Maryland residents with this all the time.

16. Do I need an appointment?
No. Appointments and walk-ins are both welcome. Call to book a time, or just stop by.

17. What are your hours?
Monday 9 AM to 2 PM, Tuesday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM, closed Sunday.
